Terms of Service

What Suited does

Suited fills out and submits job applications on your behalf. You upload your resume, set up your profile, and choose the jobs; Suited prepares the application, shows you what will be submitted where review is required, and submits it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your authorization

By asking Suited to apply to a job, you authorize us to act on your behalf: to enter your information into the employer's application system and submit it, exactly as if you had done it yourself. Every application we submit is attributed to you, and you are responsible for it.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your profile and resume accurate and truthful. Applications built on false information are your responsibility, and misrepresenting qualifications to employers can have real consequences.
• Only apply to jobs on your own behalf — not for someone else, and not to positions you have no genuine intent to pursue.
• Keep your account credentials secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours.
• Do not use Suited to spam employers, scrape data, probe or overload our systems, or do anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Third-party sites

Applications are submitted to employer websites and application systems we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what happens after submission. We are not responsible for employers' decisions, response times, or how they handle your data.

Data location

Suited runs on servers located in the United States, and your data is stored and processed there. By using the service you consent to this. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and credit

Suited is prepaid. You buy credit in the amount you choose (minimums and any bonus credit are shown at the point of purchase); there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices and the bonus schedule may change, but changes never apply to credit you have already bought.

Unused credit expires 12 months after the purchase that added it, bonus credit included. Credit is spent oldest-first, so topping up never shortens the life of what you already have. Expired credit is forfeited and not refunded.

Each application is charged from your balance at its actual processing cost plus our service margin, and the exact charge is shown on the application afterwards. The charge covers work performed: an application you cancel, or one that does not complete, is charged only for the work done up to that point, and an application on which no work was performed costs nothing.

If you enable automatic recharge, we charge your saved payment method the amount you chose whenever your balance falls below your chosen threshold. You can turn it off at any time, and every recharge gets a receipt by email.

If a payment to us is refunded, the credit it bought — including any bonus credit — comes back out of your balance; credit you have already spent can take the balance negative until settled.

No job guarantee

Suited submits applications; it does not promise interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions belong entirely to employers.

Your content and our platform

Your resume, profile, and answers remain yours. You give us the permission we need to store and use them to provide the service — including submitting them to the employers you choose. The Suited platform, brand, and software belong to Bulrosa OÜ.

Liability

We work hard to submit applications accurately and on time, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability, governing law) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia — unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to a different venue.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Suited after that means you accept the new terms.
